The support I got from my seniors during the initial part gave me the confidence and knowledge to progress. I was motivated to become an expert in my domain as I see a lot of them working with me. Moreover, the recognition and appreciation I get from my seniors have made me more confident and ready to accept challenges.

Im Dinesh from coimbatore doing my final year engg in Kumaraguru college, hope u know the college. Recently i got selected in Wipro on my campus which i feel ecstatic, but as im a civil student initially i was a bit reluctant on my carrier conclusion,eventhough im in my final year.
Well im a person who has lot of self belief,By your comments on Wipro im excited about joining.Can u tell me about how people other than from IT or Computer sector like me can cope up with the job.

Nothing to worry buddy. We have excellent Traning modules for It and non-IT students. Just be good in programming language fundas. It would be an added advantage if you could get that before coming to Wipro.
